A tall winged silhouette with a softly twin-peaked headboard and side wings that curl gently forward, enclosing the bed without ever feeling closed in. Upholstered in deep, hand-finished velvet and set on turned solid oak legs, the proportions are generous, the lines confident, the detailing quiet. A bed that holds its own in a beamed country bedroom and a converted city flat alike, because the silhouette does the work, not the styling around it.

This is the bed for the customer who treats the bed as the architecture of the room, not the dressing.

Crafted, not assembled

Every Byron is handmade to order in our UK workshop, by the same craftspeople who have supplied Britain's leading bed retailers for over two decades, in a family workshop that has been making furniture since 1968. Solid hardwood frame. FSC certified timbers. Turned solid oak legs on the standard frame. A precision engineered slat system, with 3cm slats rated for our heaviest natural-fill mattresses. Available as a standard frame or with our SATRA certified ottoman lift, tested to hold 250kg, with 30cm storage depth and OKIN motors on the powered variant.

Made your way

Choose from over 100 premium fabrics across velvets, linens, bouclés and weaves. Order complimentary swatches before you commit. Available as a standard bed frame on turned solid oak legs, or with manual ottoman storage or powered ottoman storage. On the storage variants the upholstered frame extends to the floor, so the bed sits flush without legs. Three sizes, double, king and super king, with bespoke sizing on request.
